1. No Refund Policy

Please note that Priothy does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

All purchases made on our website are final. We encourage customers to carefully review product details, size charts, and order information before confirming their purchase.


2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • Size exchange request (subject to stock availability)

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.


3. Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (Order ID) is required

Products that show signs of use will not be eligible for exchange.


4. Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your Order ID and clear images (if damaged/incorrect).

  3. Once approved, we will arrange return pickup or provide return instructions.

Exchange shipping charges may apply for size changes.
If the issue is from our end (damaged/wrong product), we will cover the delivery cost.


5. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed or shipped.
